had an issue with my Strolz boots that I'd bought from a different Austrian ski resort. While his English might not have been the best, Hansi helped me for about half an hour analysing the issue, even though there were other customers. He spoke direct to Strolz and overnight we were able to resolve the problem and he refitted my inners the next day. I'm not one for writing many reviews, but this was the best service I could imagine, especially when you come across retailers that are just out sell volume. 5 stars for Hansi and the team. I really appreciate, and you put my faith in Strolz boots. thank you.
