- How to place an order?
You have the possibility to search through our whole selection and maybe get inspired of our looks. When you find a style that fits you, choose the colour you like and the size you need. Afterwards you can press the “add to cart” button to continue. Next, when you have chosen all products, you can get a summary of your order in the shopping cart. Now you can press the “next” button, choose the mode of shipment and fill in your shipping address. After that you have the possibility to specify your paying method. Finish your order with only one following click.
- Do I need an account to place an order?
No, it’s not necessary to create an account for the shopping at KITZSPORT. There is also the possibility to shop as a guest. Your information will not be saved.
- Can I order by telephone?
Of course you can call us and order by telephone (+43 535662504-25). Or you visit one of our 8 KITZSPORT shops.
- What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is 9,99€.
- How can I see previous orders?
You can see your previous orders in your customer account. You can create an account here.
- Can I cancel my order belated?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel your order. In this case please call our customer service: +43 5356 62504-63.
- Can I change my order belated?
Unfortunately you can’t change your order after you placed it.
- Can I change my delivery address belated?
Unfortunately you can’t change your delivery address after you’ve placed your order.
- Do you ship internationally?
International orders can be requested by phone (+43 5356 62504-25) or by e-mail (email@example.com).
- What can I do when my desired item is sold out?
We can’t assure that this piece will be restocked. You are welcome to check our online shop regularly to find out if your desired item is back in stock.
- Can I place an order with mobile gadgets?
Of course you can order also with smartphone or tablet on the KITZSPORT homepage.
- Are you sure what size fits you?
Every product is linked to a size chart. You can find it on the particular product page. Just click ‘find my size’.
Delivery & shipping
- Is shipping free?
If your order is over 100€, the shipping is free. Otherwise it costs 4,90 € within the European Union and the return is free. For shipping to Great Britain and Switzerland we charge 14,90€.
- How long takes delivery?
As we have everything in stock the delivery usually takes 2-4 days. In case of an increased order volume the delivery could take a bit longer.
- Can the shipping address be different to the billing address?
It’s no problem when the billing address is different to the shipping address. You can also use your working address or a pick-up station.
- What shipping service do you use?
We ship with “Österreichische Post”. It’s fast, save and cheap. Unfortunately we don’t offer an express service.
- To which countries do you ship?
We ship to any address within the EU. It will be sent to your delivery address if it’s different to your billing address. If you want to order from Switzerland or any country please don’t hesitate to contact us via telephone (+43 5356 62504-25) or via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). Shipping in other countries can be requested.
- How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation after we have sent your package. This order confirmation includes a tracking code, where you can update the status of your order.
- Which payment methods are available?
We generally accept the following methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal and instant transfer (Klarna).
- credit card
Pay without any extra costs with your Visa or Mastercard. The money will be debited when your order has been shipped. If you sent something back, you will get the money within 14 days.
- Instant transfer (Klarna)
Instant transfer is a direct bank transfer that works with your online banking information.
Select your country and your bank and then log in with your online banking details. The data is transmitted to your bank in encrypted form. Some banks will send you an additional confirmation PIN on your smartphone, which you can only use once. This is to confirm your transaction. As soon as the bank transfer is successful, we will receive a confirmation and send your package.

Pick-up your order within 2 working days and pay upon collection at our Kitzsport flagship store (Jochberger Straße 7, 6370 Kitzbühel).
- How do I get my bill?
You can find the bill in your package.
- Can I order with a business?
At the moment it isn’t possible to have a business account. The bill is always on the name of private persons.
- Can I order tax-free?
Unfortunately, it’s only tax-free in our store. You can get the form at the cash desk.
- Is it possible to pay by instalments?
Pay by instalments isn’t possible at the moment.
- Why was my credit card rejected?
There can be different reasons why your card got rejected. The reason could be a technical problems, type error, out of date, missing verification…
Alternative you have the possibility to pay via Klarna or Paypal.
- Where can I find the security code of my credit card?
You can find it on the backside of your credit card. Consists out of three numbers.
- What means SEPA, IBAN and BIC?
SEPA means Single Euro Payments Area. This is what the uniform regulation for national and European payment transactions is called. The IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a number which replaces all national account details (in Austria account number and bank code). BIC (Business Identifier Code) is an international bank-code (similar to the bank code in Austria) to identify with the payment service provider worldwide.
Exchange & Return
- How do I declare a revocation?
It couldn’t be easier. Just send back the pieces you don’t want. You don’t have to do it in a written form.
- How can I return my order?
In the European Union:
- Pack the pieces that you want to return in a suitable box, ideally the original box
- State the reason for your return on the return paper
- Pack the return paper in the box and lock it with tape
- Use the attached return label to ship it for free
- Bring your package to the next post office
Outside European Union:
Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns here. This means that if you want to return your order, you have to pay for the return yourself.
- How long can I return my order?
After you receive the order you have 30 days to send it back.
- How can I return a damaged article?
In case you are not happy with an article, you can complain. Please send some pictures of the damaged piece to our e-mail email@example.com. We will proof this and give you information if we can change the article. If we can exchange this piece, please send it back to us with a filled in return sheet. After this you will get the credit back on your account (the account you used to pay with). If you have lost your return sheet, please contact us. We will send you a new one. If you have bought a piece in a store, please return it there. Important: the return of your order is also possible in every of our 8 stores. You can use the storefinder for help.
- Is a direct exchange of a return possible?
A direct exchange isn’t possible at the moment.
- My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
In this case please contact our customer service. You can find our contact form, which you can find further down.
- Do I have to pay for the return?
The return to KITZSPORT is for free (EU). Just use the return label which is in the box.
- Where can I return my order?
You can bring your package either to a post office or to one of our KITZSPORT stores.
- How long does it usually take to get the money back?
The refund will be made in the same way as the payment and it takes a maximum of 14 days.
- Will I receive a confirmation of the credit for my return?
As soon as your return is entered, you will get a confirmation via e-mail.
- What can I do if my order was damaged through the shipping process?
In case the package arrives damaged, please get a confirmation from your deliverer, or deny the acceptance of the order and report it at the post office. Additionally you can fill in the claim report of the Austrian post: https://www.post.at/p/a/schadensmeldung
- Where do I get a new return label?

- Does KITZSPORT also offer return by pickup?
Return by pickup isn’t possible at the moment.
