Deine Aufgaben:

• Selbstständige Auftragsabwicklung im Einkauf
• Eingabe, Kontrolle und Verwaltung von Bestellungen und Aufträgen
• Überwachung und Kontrolle von Einkaufsbudgets
• Laufende Nachsortierung und Disposition unseres Warensortiments
• Tägliche Nachbestellung von Waren aus dem INTERSPORT-Zentrallager
• Erstellung von Auswertungen, Analysen und Statistiken für Einkauf und Geschäftsführung
• Pflege von Artikel- und Stammdaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem
• Unterstützung bei Sortimentsplanung, Bestandskontrolle und Inventuren
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Verkauf und Lager
• Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse
• Erstellung regelmäßiger Monats- und Jahresauswertungen
• Analyse von Umsatz-, Lager- und Einkaufskennzahlen
• Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung und Forecasts
• Überwachung von Lagerbeständen und Warenumschlag
• Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

As a Branch Manager, you will assume full responsibility for one of our branches. You are an inspiring leader who knows how to motivate and develop a team and achieve goals together. In addition to a strong team orientation, you also bring organizational skills and a hands-on mentality.

Your tasks:

• Leadership & Motivation: You lead the branch team with clarity, empathy and commitment and promote a positive, performance-oriented working environment.
• Team organization: Planning shifts, training new employees, promoting individual strengths and supporting personal development.
• Responsibility for sales & target achievement: You analyze key figures, plan sales-promoting measures and ensure optimal implementation.
• Customer focus: You ensure an excellent customer experience and always have an open ear for customer concerns.
• Merchandise management: Responsibility for inventory, reordering, inventories and appealing product presentation.
• Administrative tasks: Creation of duty rosters, cash register closures, reporting to the management.
• Ensuring order & cleanliness in the branch and compliance with internal standards.
